REDCap 101 Hands-On Training: Database Design
Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a web-based system for data collection where you can build and manage survey data quickly and securely. Children's and GW researchers have FREE use of REDCap through the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Children's National (CTSI-CN), which offers regular training to the Children's National and GW research communities.
Class size is limited; participants must be members of the CTSI-CN.
August training will be held at the George Washington University Gelman Library in Room 301/302 (see map below).

If you wish to obtain hands-on training for REDCap access, follow these steps:
- Training Classes: Sign up for training sessions HERE.
Please note: The REDCap 101 training is required if you want to attend the 102 training the next day.
- Training Evaluation: Help us help you. After attending the class, we ask that you complete the Training Evaluation Survey, which gives you the opportunity to tell us how well we are teaching the content.
Please note: Completion of this survey is required in order to receive your personal REDCap access.
