Open Studios

In a partnership between the CTSI-CN and the Office of the Vice President for Research, the format of the Open Studios will be redefined and expanded to support junior investigators in grant development, review, and submission. Open Studios are a series of structured, dynamic sessions bringing together relevant research experts to support junior investigators. Open Studio sessions include support and consultation from CTSI-CN Component instructors, including Clinical Studies ResourceBiomedical InformaticsDesign, Epidemiology & BiostatisticsResearch Ethics/Regulatory Knowledge & SupportInnovative Strategies and Services; and the Grants Enhancement Program. In addition, Open Studios includes other component leaders and content experts driven by the investigator’s needs.

Open Studios are typically held the 1st Friday of each month from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. If you are interested in presenting your concept, please complete the Open Studio Request Form and submit your request here*.

* Requests must be submitted through the SPARC Request portal at least 1 month prior to the next scheduled Open Studio so CTSI-CN faculty and staff have enough time to coordinate the investigator's presentation.
